Guys, he’s literally not credentialed. There is literally a “professional engineer” credential in every state for very good reasons. It requires a rigorous examination, a residency-like period, and then a second even more rigorous examination.
These credentials are in place for a very good reason, and this guy has been warned multiple times for presenting himself with an appearance of having these credentials in the past.
