Yeah, those are the sorts I’ve gotten, at best. The kind where the vehicle in question, with the passenger in question, could parade right past me and I’d be none the wiser, even if I was on the lookout. Which I wouldn’t be, at 3am in a different city for something that happened six hours earlier. It seems spectacularly counter-productive to randomly spam out insufficient information (over a broad area at bad times).
