Some people are told that they are one thing when new but are not that thing. This thing says how they can dress, talk, and live. Some of them figure out that they are not that thing and say that they are something else. This is good. They can then dress as they want, speak as they want, and live as they want. Best of all, there are more than two things to be. People should be able to pick for themselves.
