Having been contacted by reporters about the newly discovered risk the FAA said that this risk about which it had been contacted was a risk which Boeing must address as a risk which requires addressing in order that this risk which was discovered be a potential risk to be addressed by Boeing prior to returning the MAX to service given that this newly discovered risk to have been thereby addressed being as it is a potential new risk (etc)
