In case anyone wasn’t aware (and apologies if I’m dykesplaining), that is actually where the name of these groups comes from. It’s a common cheap gag to call any sequel to something “something 2: Electric Boogaloo” in vague reference to that movie title. In this case, it’s a shortening of Civil War 2: Electric Boogaloo”. These people want to bring about a second Civil War. Seriously.
