Having some knowledge of how he acts going back to his casino days, it’s both. Showing off the documents, selling the content, using them as a prop, and mismanagement of whatever gains came from all that is his usual MO. I’m hoping Jared and Ivanka are somehow implicated in this case and due to face charges of their own. There were questions about their security clearance, and multiple accounts that they profited from proximity to power. It would be the icing on the cake for the government to get some of that grift money back.
