So the lesson is if you’re going to be driving around town with your drug paraphernalia loose in your car (please don’t do that, though), make sure you don’t break any traffic laws. And if you just really, really hate wearing your seatbelt, make sure to move to one of the 16 states where you can’t get pulled over just for not wearing a seatbelt. Florida, obviously, is not one of those states.
