No. Schadenfreude is simply when you laugh at someone’s misfortune. They do not have to be your enemy nor have been arrogant prior to the event (but it is an aggravating circumstance). Go read a book, a dictionary-shaped book.
And jobenfreude is a thing. It justs need more and better marketing.
