This is key.
Just because a Right isn’t listed doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist.
So what?
They didn’t write the Amendments after the 10th, either.
Nothing ‘sacred’ about those words & they certainly weren’t divinely inspired.
As far as ‘inclusivity’ is concerned:
The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.
That’s the 9th Amendment.
So, when someone claims something isn’t allowed because ‘It’s not in the Constitution’, it is obvious they never read it… or understood it.
