Yeah! And why duct-tape* at all? Given the current frequency of mega-twit passengers can’t they provide flight crews with something a bit more re-usable?

They carry several of those demonstration seatbelts on every flight. Those should work of knotted. The buckle is maybe a bit easy to open otherwise
