This guy will have his head handed to him as a witness.

And it will matter how?

When he lies to the GOP Senator, they won’t care.
When his lies contradict his previous testimony, they won’t care.
And if somehow a Democrat manages to do something with that data, his Daddy can pardon him.

Anything he says to Congress can and will be used against him in a court of law, most likely in a state court in New York.
