Can’t they just slap him in jail for contempt of court, postpone the trial a few dozen times, and just keep him in there for a few years? It’s what they do with minorities all the time, after all. Oh, right, rich white guy with special legal powers because he’s a senator. He’d have to escorted, in chains and a nice bright orange jumpsuit, to Congress when there’s a vote.
