Shoot, considering they contain arsenic, you wouldn’t even want to touch them. Skin contact alone wouldn’t be enough to kill you, but it could be pretty unpleasant anyways, and if you didn’t clean your hands well enough afterwards, it could kill you. Also you wouldn’t even want to breathe near them.
