There are reports that the House Republican leadership have refused to bring up the bill, so KOSA is dead.
I can only imagine that this means that it wasn’t evil enough for their tastes, and it will be back in some new and even more hellish form in a future session of Congress. For now, however, it appears not to be going forward.
