The GQP couldn’t care less about walker as a human being in need of care. They are betting their base will see Walker just as they see him, a sad man easily manipulated. That could very well make him attractive. They are hoping black voters are as shallow as white racists and if, by chance, he wins, they can manipulate him to do their bidding. Cruelty is one of the things they do best.
