I gotta say, in my book it’s hard to decide whether Jar-Jar Binks or Dr. Rockso is the more obnoxious character.
At least Lucas had the decency to pretty much shelf jarjar after the first movie, and only give him 20 or so seconds of total screen-time in Episodes II and III.
