In what sense is SOPA defeated? Dammit, they just keep filing off the serial numbers and bringing it back again. They know sooner or later most of us will be asleep and the members of Congress they own will earn their bribes.
Does anybody know parliamentary procedure? Isn’t there any way to defeat this infinity plus one so they stop trying?
