Yeah video porn is pretty paint by the numbers and not really fun. Especially if you’ve ever read about the stories from some performers (especially women) that often it’s pretty degrading to work in the business. Men get more respect and pay even though, as I’ve said earlier, they’re technically not the main selling point. It’s why it’s interesting to see many performers are moving more towards a direct sales approach and picking whom they perform with. I’m still not a fan of most of it since it doesn’t leave much to the imagination. I think good porn is a mix of visual and emotional cues. It’s hard to get that right without devolving into something trite.
