So, a kind of evolution of my earlier suggestion is required. I would replace the “Go fuck yourself” with something along the lines of “That was very rude,” or another equally analytical statement. No question or rejoinder as that would provide emotional substance to the interaction and it seems that kind of validation is what Milo is in the game for.
