Seriously, there’s only three rules to coffee:

  1. Drink coffee
  2. Not too hot
  3. Mostly black

Now, there’s stuff like Starbucks and an unfathomable number of tiny, 2-girl espresso shacks dotting the PNW. But that’s more like flavored milk.
