Yeah, I feel that.
I either drink Yorkshire tea, Chai or English Breakfast, black, no sugar. At work, I’ll drink 3-4 cups a day, stopping at 3PM, and if I’m at home, I’ll usually just have a cup in the morning to give me a kickstart.
More than that and I find my sleep suffers.
I did go completely caffeine free for over 10 years after giving up smoking, but started drinking tea again when I moved to London, and making cups of tea became something of a bonding ritual in our office.
And I’ve learned to appreciate the little mental kick it gives, something that I didn’t really notice as much when I was younger.
