I think the name was recently changed. At least on the federal page, it’s now called Loess Bluffs. Perhaps the site you linked hasn’t caught up yet.

Oh, great! I saw that name when I was searching, but didn’t think it was the Eagle sanctuary because I didn’t recognize the name. I haven’t lived there in quite some time.

no, it really was a giant teddy bear, probably about 5 or 6 feetd tall if it had been fully standing. It was a bizarre sight to stumble upon…
