Last I’d heard about one of my bullies, a football player w/an overinflated sense of self-worth, he’d gone to prison for rape while in college. I was far from surprised, but horrified nonetheless.

Yeah, I feel that way too. Life keeps on knocking shitty corners off me, and I hope that I don’t grow them back; however, there seems to be an endless supply of shitty corners to take their place. It is definitely a learning process; and a constant source of shame.
