I second this, strongly!. My first one I just went with water because you have to make sure you have the right color/flavor of Gatorade, and stop at a certain time. It seemed a hassle. I was shaky the morning of the test. The nurse said that is common if you just drink water. The second one, 8 years later, I did do the Gatorade, and broth and felt a LOT better the morning of the test.
