From my own experience I’d say that people with PTSD are strong people, because that’s the only way we can manage from day to day. We know that someday things might feel like they are too much for us to cope, but we fight on (figuratively in my case, literally for people in the military). Losing the fight against suicide also isn’t a sign of weakness, it’s just something we rather wouldn’t happen.
Not that Trump will ever be in a situation for this to be a problem for him.
