Yeah, various conservatives are more or less explicit about that.
The larger narrative is interesting though. As someone put it, the conservative position is: “(State-enacted) violence against people doesn’t justify “violence” to property, but “violence” to property justifies violence against people.” But something tells me this only works so long as the violence against people isn’t directed at conservatives.
