The video does seem to show him spitting on an officer right before the punch.
BUT SO WHAT? THERE ARE OTHER WAYS OF STOPPING THAT!
When we train social workers we tell them that it takes a certain kind of mentality to be in that profession. Not everyone has the temperament. And we weed them out. Should be the same for cops.
