Absolutely makes sense. But, if I’d had to guess it would have been along the lines of the verb for “to blow”, which is “kuchi de suru”, so “te de suru”. The noun for “blowjob” doesn’t help here, as it’s metaphoric, “shakuhachi” – traditional japanese flute.
