One misdemeanor count for the whole trunk of stolen signs, one count per location from which any signs were stolen, or one count per sign? That last one could get expensive as hell. And I’m okay with that

I hope one count for every neighbor who files a complaint, and that almost all file a complaint. After all, as the report says, people donated good money for those signs.
