It’s sad that memes, such as Pepe, was used by neoreactionaries such as /pol/ and r/KiA. The most notable (imo) is the reee meme that petuate the bigotry against “normality” (i.e. “NORMIES, GET OUT! REEEEEEEEEEEE”)
But when I think of hateful memes, “Happy Merchant” and “huahuehuahue” came to mind; Pepe is the last thing I expected to be noted by the Anti-Defamation League.
