King Arthur all purpose flour (a pretty standard flour) contains wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, and folic acid

The flour in my cupboard has one ingredient, wheat flour. It’s not a special flour, just a generic store brand.
