From my experience working retail I can believe it.
A lecherous elderly gentleman wouldn’t keep his hands off of a female colleague once, and both the store manager and ASM just stood there doing nothing. After I swallowed back the bile, I kited the guy out of the store, and let him know if he comes back in he better call an ambulance first.
