Two glaring omissions in my opinion:
- More Than This by Patrick Ness in the YA novel category
- Countdown City by Ben H. Winters in the novel category
Also a general comment that most of the choices seem to come from the big name publishers - and they’re kind of missing the Amazon/iBook self-publishing crowd.
