I physically felt my heart lighten when I read this comment. Seriously.
The effects of generosity should not be underestimated, both for the giver as well as the receiver. And also obviously for those who even just read or hear about an idea of generosity.

The underlying assumption (as a cake-baking person) is that cakes are a renewable resource. So it works out mathematically too.
