If you don’t live in a swing state, your vote would go a lot further by taking a stand with a third party. Voting for either of them is a vote against the two-party system, and unless you live in one of ~10 swing states, your vote will go nowhere voting for a major party, either.
That said, I voted for Stein in 2012, but have since learned more about her and am no longer at all happy with either of the third party candidates, either. I’ll hold my nose and vote for her or Johnson, though.
