eta: If you want to paint your house every color of the rainbow, fine. The only problem I have is if whatever you’re doing drifts over into my yard. We had neighbors who roasted a whole goat once, and prepped it by using a flamethrower to singe off the hair. That was not so delightful. Other neighbors overstuff their trash bins; whenever we get a stiff breeze the excess blows into our yard.
