There is one that looks like it is on a concrete slab the others not so much. That concrete slab is over an unreinforced masonry retaining wall that is surcharged which is also illegal in hillside grading in CA. The entire backyard is a structural seismic disaster from the vantage point of an architect that routinely works in the hills of CA, which I am.
