Possibly, the most frightening part of the whole mess is that those cops fired 100 rounds in a poulated area without a kill. That’s some scary guys to have packing loaded weapons around town! (I mean, even beyond the fact that they also don’t seem to possess the common sense God gave a billy goat.)
