It very much depends on the person. By no means do I think that every Trump voter is inherently racist, or full of hatred, but I’m sure that some (the “well of course we don’t want them coming here to take our jobs, goodness” sort of people) don’t realize how racist they are. One thing is definitely true, though, and that is that every Trump voter was comfortable voting for a known racist.
