As a child of the 80’s and repeatedly being told the USSR’s army was filled with high tech weaponry and Dolph Lundgren super soldiers (or more recently, the smoking-gun-mushroom-cloud of Iraq), I tend to be skeptical of any news about North Korea. Western governments, the media and even North Korea has a vested interest in portraying them as wackos.
