That would probably drive him crazy.
But from what I can tell, any punishment in this case might be a bit overblown? If I’m understanding it right, the post isn’t something that was posted since the gag order came through, it was something that was already up but wasn’t taken down.
Otoh, if there was something in the gag order that required him to go take down previous posts that violated the gag order, enough with the threats, lock him up!
