The Obama Administration told us that their interpretation of “due process” for assassinations is that somebody from the Executive Branch signs the order, so it shouldn’t matter whether the President put his rubber stamp on it or not. And the newly ratified Attorney General, Loretta Lynch, is no more likely to prosecute anybody for it that Holder was, nor do the Republicans have the guts to impeach anybody for it, because they’d have to admit that they don’t like due process either.
