I am not damning him at all. Rather, I am acknowledging that he had more stacked against him than any other president whether before or after.
And he still did a better job than both his predecessor and successor. Not perfect, clearly not good enough for you, as you have repeatedly stated… But I am not interested in arguing this with you, given your demonstrated disdain for anyone with a differing opinion.
