Just tell me if I’m wrong, but it seems to me that whenever he gets on TV to make some similar announcement, his demeanor is so odd. I find it difficult to describe, but it seems to me that it’s not the bearing of someone who is truly sincere and sympathetic… but more like an attempt at playing a role that he has no concept of or experience with. I’m trying very hard to separate my impression from what we already know about him … and it’s so, so strange.
