If I hadn’t taken it I would’ve ended up with a c-section, and avoiding that was much, much higher on my priority list than earning “toughness” points for delivering drug-free.

Don’t know if that is directed at my comment about toughness above, but I hope not. If it is I fucked up. I’ll amend it to better reflect what I meant.
