I mean, MY GOD… stolen vehicle, suspect is likely armed, and he is peacefully arrested by two state troopers in windbreakers, then charged with “suspicion of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, a class C felony punishable by up to five years in prison”. What the hell is wrong with this country??? Where were the swat teams and tanks and the dozens of police that are sure to have been there if this were anyone other than a pouting angry white manchild?
