My question: Is this the worst old law in Oregon that needs to be removed, or are there other, more arcane and problematic laws than this one? I don’t see why a “no dueling” law takes priority over stuff like, “All fried chicken consumed here must be eaten by hand”*.
*An actual law still on the books.
