I’m thinking his two biggest objections are not liking the idea of GPS tracking all his movements and the sheer indignity of it all. How is he supposed to clandestinely meet with people who can "fix"this for him if he’s being tracked?
As for indignity I say we strap about 50 of them to him including one on his forehead and rectally installing one around his shriveled little heart.
