I don’t think it’s a gag so much as “being an asshole by putting garbage that you are responsible for on someone else’s property.”
Seriously, this is about as funny as throwing your weekly garbage bags on some rando’s lawn instead of in your own goddamn can.
Around here, there’s almost always a fee of ~$35 to get rid of a CRT, so it’s not just a matter of chucking it in your own garbage can.
