Caveat emptor, however. PIA and ExpressVPN are both listed in the paid VPN providers section, and those services are currently owned by former malware company Crossrider/Kape Technologies. Probably safe to use explicitly for p2p or piracy purposes, but it’s quite likely both services are “sharing user data with trusted partners” these days.
